Bakers Quay

In joint venture with Merchant Place Developments, Rokeby has purchased the 4.13 acre Bakers Quay site within Gloucester Docks, to implement a £60.0 mil. regeneration of this important city centre site.

The Downings

Downing's Warehouse is a complex of four buildings. A new application has been submitted for 117 apartments in a new 10-storey tower and separate reconstructed warehouse building.

The Malthouse

The Malthouse is the largest building in Bakers Quay and it is intended to convert the building into 88 apartments and 11,000 sqft of shared office space.

The Transit Shed

The Transit Shed will be a re-constructed restaurant building incorporating the structure of the original listed building overlooking the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal and Tow Path.

78 West Street

Rokeby was appointed by Royal London Asset Management to manage the development of a new 127-bedroom hotel and restaurant at 78 West Street, Brighton. Work commenced on site in March 2020 and the development has now been sold to Whitbread as an initial phase of a new Premier Inn.

Merchant Park

Merchant Park is a 65 acre development at Aycliffe Business Park on J59 of the A1(M). Home to one of the largest inward investment manufacturing developments in recent years

Station Place

Rokeby has been appointed development managers by Merchant Anglo to promote a new 50,000 sqft of individual starter units with an individual size of 3,000 sqft – 5,000 sqft.
