About Rokeby Developments
Rokeby Developments was established in 1994 by Adrian Goodall BSc MRICS and specialises in commercial property development.
Rokeby has been involved in a broad range of development throughout the country since establishing its original presence in the North East of England. The majority of this work is complex urban regeneration projects. The ventures are carried out through partnership agreements or individual joint venture companies.
The company can draw on decades of experience within its team.
The primary focus for Rokeby at present is the £60.0 mil re-development of Bakers Quay in Gloucester Docks. A joint venture with Merchant Place Developments, the scheme will comprise 150 apartments, a new 104-bed Premier Inn hotel, Beefeater restaurant, Costa Coffee and 30,000 sqft of restaurant accommodation. The residential accommodation will be in reconstructed or converted apartments in three 19th Century listed warehouse buildings overlooking the Gloucester and Sharpness canal, with ground-floor restaurants and a new hotel. Work commenced in April 2017 and the final phase is anticipated to complete in 2026.
Current Rokeby projects include re-structuring consented residential and leisure projects to achieve a viable strategy capable of implementation.
