The Transit Shed will be a re-constructed £1.0 mil 3,100 sqft restaurant building, incorporating the structure of the original listed building overlooking the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal and Tow Path.
Designed with an open terrace, it will provide the perfect outside seating area and will prove popular with residents and visitors alike.
Terms have been agreed with the Gloucester Brewery to lease the accomodation.
Work is scheduled to be complete by 2023.
