Rokeby was appointed development manager by Merchant Anglo to promote a new 51,000 sqft development of individual starter units upwards of 3,000 sq ft.
The development was pre-let to Durham County Council on a new 35 year Lease and funded by Waypoint [Capital Managers] Ltd
The buildings were completed in October 2022 and initial tenants are now in occupation.
