Rokeby secured planning consent for 96,000 sq ft of office accommodation in Spring 2004. The aim was to create a Business Village with individual office buildings of 2,500 sq ft to 5,500 sq ft, surrounding a landscaped courtyard.
Work commenced on site on 17th October 2005 for the first phase of 26,000 sq ft and completion was secured on programme in summer 2006.
Agreements for sale were concluded on all the units, with the occupiers including the Christian Institute, Servbet, Wood Holmes, Fenhams and Freedom Direct.
