A new 37,000 sq ft Greens Health & Fitness Centre was completed in March 2002 for DeVere.
The construction took place following a successful public inquiry to obtain change of use from employment use to ancillary leisure use.
The Health & Fitness Centre expects to attract a membership of 5,000 and will significantly enhance the working environment of the Business Park together with facilities for the local community.
