Gosforth Business Park Phase 4

Rokeby completed two office buildings as the fourth phase at Gosforth Business Park.

Constructed to an innovative specification with comfort cooling, raised access floors and high levels of natural light.

The two buildings were completed in April 2005 comprising 10,000 sq ft and 15,000 sq ft. The 15,000 sq ft unit was sold to RMT Accountants and the second unit let to Northern Doctors Urgent Care Ltd.
