BT Call Centre

A new 148,000 sq ft call centre was constructed for BT in December 1997 at a cost in excess of £10 million.

The two storey building was constructed in 28 weeks from commencement on site.

The development was carried out in a joint venture with Kingspark Developments and Rokeby worked as local partner for this national company.
