Rokeby acquired the first phase of Bowesfield Park from H.J. Banks in November 2005. We subsequently secured planning consent and constructed two office buildings comprising 12,000 sq ft and 6,000 sq ft, overlooking the river Tees.
The buildings were pre-sold to Archers Law and Winder House and work was successfully completed on time and on budget in October 2006.
