The first phase of the development, the 20,000 sq ft Jewsons builders merchant was completed in September 2007. Their relocation to this unit allowed the second phase to commence in April 2008 with the demolition of the existing Antelope House and the construction of 140,000 sq ft of accommodation on two levels.
The development was completed and handed over to Aviva in June 2009.
