A new 104 bedroom hotel for Premier Inn completed in July 2018 on time and on budget. Forward funded by Napier Capital Management Ltd for a sum in excess £11.5 mil.
A new 6,500 sq ft Beefeater was also constructed to provide a restaurant service to the hotel and completed simultaneously, together with a new car park and public square, overlooking the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal.
