Rokeby entered into a Development Agreement with the landowner Wm Morrison to promote a 30,000 sq ft non-food retail site.
Terms were subsequently agreed with Homebase and Halfords to construct two new retail units. The development was subsequently forward sold to Friends Provident for £8,800,000.
Work commenced in October 2006 and was completed on programme in December 2007.
