Sale of Brighton development

Acting as Development Manager for Royal London Asset Management, Rokeby has advised on the freehold sale of the 78 West Street, Brighton development to Whitbread.

Rokeby had secured a planning consent for a 126-bed hotel with ancillary ground floor restaurant accommodation and commenced demolition works in March 2020.
