Rokeby Developments was established in 1994 by Adrian Goodall BSc MRICS and specialises in commercial property development.

Rokeby has been involved in a broad range of development throughout the country since establishing a presence in the North East of England. Much of this work involves participation in urban regeneration programmes, working alongside both local authority and private sector partners. The majority of the work has been carried out through individual partnership agreements or SPV companies.

Rokeby recently assembled a retail development with Network Rail bringing life back into a heritage led goods yard site in Hexham, Northumberland. Prior to this, in conjunction with Peveril Securities, completion of a £17.0 mil mixed use town centre development  in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire. This included 80,000 sqft open A1 retail, Odeon Cinema, 23,000 sqft bars and restaurants and 39 new homes adjacent to the existing high street. A huge success with over a 1,000 visitors a day, significantly enhancing the vibrancy of the entire town centre.

Recently, Rokeby has entered into a joint venture agreement with Merchant Place Developments to implement a £50.0 mil redevelopment of Bakers Quay, Gloucester Docks, Gloucester. To comprise 150 apartments, a new 104 bed Premier Inn hotel, Brewers Fare, Costa Coffee and 30,000 sqft of restaurant accommodation. The residential accommodation will be converted apartments in three 19th Century listed warehouse buildings overlooking the Gloucester and Sheerness canal, with ground floor restaurants alongside a new build hotel. Work is anticipated to start in June 2016.

Rokeby is also actively looking at new developments in Bristol, Oxford and Birmingham.
